But not only the question whether, but also where you can get your rights is of importance in cross-border purchase contracts: In this connection the EuGVÜ (European Convention on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters) in the concerned contract countries is a reliable helper which determines the international jurisdiction of courts in such disputes.
